GROUP CLASSES:
- Once the course has started, it is not possible to cancel or refund money.
- If you want to postpone a course week to another date, you must request it 4 days in advance (Thursday at 3:00 p.m. Spanish time). To do this, you must write an e-mail to info@delengua.es
- If canceled up to seven days before the start, a fee of € 45 will be applied.
- If canceled in the seven days prior to the start, a fee of € 90 will be applied.
- If your group does not reach the minimum of two people, you will receive a 1-hour daily individual class (Monday to Friday (10 hours course) or Monday - Thursday (6 hours course)), if it is your first week. From the second week on, you will receive 4 and a half hours of individual class per week (10 hours course) or 4 hours individual class per week (6 hours course)
INDIVIDUAL AND PRIVATE CLASSES

- To postpone an individual or private class for two people, it is necessary to write an e-mail to info@delengua.es 24 hours before the scheduled time. If not, the class will be considered as done.
