Spain Through Your Eyes Competition

We are offering you a chance to win a holiday to Spain and a Spanish course for free! Win a two week stay for two people (with a free language course and accommodation) at Delengua Language School situated in the heart of Granada (Spain).

COMPETITION WINNERS:
We did not reach the required minimum of 30 participants, however we are going to award the following prizes:
1st: A 2 week intensive Spanish course at Delengua Language School for 1 person, which includes accommodation (a single room in a shared apartment)
2nd: A 25% discount on both an intensive Spanish course and accommodation (a single room in a shared apartment) for 1 person.
3rd: A 20% discount on both an intensive Spanish course and accommodation (a single room in a shared apartment) for 1 person.
All other participants: A 10% discount on an intensive Spanish course and accommodation (a single room in a shared apartment)

How to participate:

• Make a video about 'Spain through your eyes' and put it on http://www.youtube.com/SpanishSchoolinSpain.
• The video can be a minimum of one minute.
• In the title of the video 'Delengua Spanish Courses in Spain' must appear.
• Closing date for entries is January 11th, 2010.
• At the start of the video on Youtube it must include www.delengua.es.
• We will post the results of the competition on January 14th, 2010.
• We will choose the winner using the following marking system: 30% for fun, 30% for originality and 40% for the number of views it gets on Youtube.

Conditions

Now it is possible to visit Granada and learn Spanish for free!

• This competition is available for anybody in the world with a minimum age of 16, whose maternal language is not Spanish.
•  If any of the winners are younger than 18, it is necessary for us to have your parent's permission for you to receive your prize.
• The prizes consist of Intensive Spanish language courses at Delengua Language School (Granada, Spain), of which details can be found in our Spanish courses types.
• You will stay in a single room, in a shared apartment with other students at the School, which is located in the centre of Granada.
• You are only eligible to win one prize.
• The list of winners will be published at midday (Madrid time) on January 14th 2010, on www.delengua.es.
• The winners will then have a week, up until midday (Madrid time) on Thursday January 21st 2010, to claim their prizes by sending an email to .
• If the number of entrants to the competition is less than 30, the competition will be void.
• Winners are able to use their prizes until December 17th, 2010, if they do not they will lose their prizes.
• The winners must contact Delengua Language School at least two weeks before the date they want to claim their prize.
• The winners are able to give their prize to a third party as long as their maternal language is not Spanish.
• When accepting their prize, the winners will have to deposit €90 by credit card to Delengua Language School, to guarantee that they are going to partially or fully use their prize with a guarantee that at the end of your stay we will fully reimburse your deposit and finally if you do not use your prize, you will lose your deposit.
• Delengua Language School reserves the right to not accept videos it feels do not relate to the aims of the competition.
• Delengua Language School is not responsible for the content of the videos entered into the competition, specifically objecting to anything discriminatory or illegal.
• The participants of the competition are held responsible to the ownership of the video.
• The participants have the rights to the videos that they post.
• Participating in the competition implies that the rights of the video have been transferred to Delengua Language School. 
• If the prize winners need to obtain a visa before arriving in Spain, they ought to go to the Spanish Embassy as soon as possible, to request a visa, and it will be the Spanish Embassy that will decide.
• The organisers have the right to declare the prize null and void.
• The decision of the panel will be final.
• Entry into this competition implies you have fully accepted these rules and any possible conflicts will be resolved by Delengua Language School.
